You might have read my last Beauty Grab post where I purchased new hair color and tweezers. After the dye was applied and my brows plucked I am ready to share my progress and review my purchases! I was previously torn on whether to use the Revlon color first and cover it up with my trusted Feria color if I did not like the end product or to dye a lower underneath layer of my hair with Revlon 107 Violet Black and the rest with the L'oreal Bright Black. Well, I chose the latter and tested both products at the same time.
Revlon on the other hand gets a big FAT THUMBS DOWN from me! Revlon 107 Violet Black left my hair frizzy and dull.
Not only was the texture of my hair changed for the worse but the color was not accurate. It is a more red/brown then a violet black leaving me thoroughly disappointed! I should have known better because I have used their products before as well and they always wash out quickly and I am back to a rendition of my base color before I know it.
You can see here the portion of my hair dyed with Revlon color has a very matte grey appearance. Therefore I will not be purchasing Revlon hair color again and will probably keep this experience in mind when purchasing other Revlon products in the future.
On to my Busy Brows! Check these babies out! I mentioned in my last Beauty Grab post that I like to grow my brows in every now and then in order to reshape them. Here are the before and after pictures!

I purchased some Trim Tweezers and went to town. I really like the purple grip and the slant edge gives me the mobility to get the hairs in the hard to reach places of my arches. I think
I did a pretty awesome job with them! These tweezers also get a big thumbs up from me! As does the bow I got to match my work uniform. So I guess 3 out of 4 products working out will have to be good enough!
I hope you liked this Beauty Grab review as much as I enjoyed testing and reviewing these products! I will be doing more posts like this in the future!
